Monday Night Football on Prime Time Indian Television

Ten Sports, South Asia’s biggest sports content provider announced that it has acquired global broadcast right for ‘Elite Football League of India (EFLI)’ till 2016. TEN Network will be showcasing approximately 370 Matches over the next 5 years. Each year consists of two seasons commencing in July and November respectively.

The first season of EFLI will kick start on Ten Sports and Ten Action in September 2012. 4 Matches per week will telecast on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

The EFLI is the first men’s professional American football league in India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. In late 2012, there will be ten teams located in various cities across India, one in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and one in an unannounced city in Bangladesh.

TEN has acquired rights for India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Europe, US,  Carribean ,  Australia & New Zealand, South Africa, Middle East, Asia including South East Asia and will try and distribute the EFLI games in all of these Markets.
